  • Our Impact

We use a variety of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of our solution. Our primary KPIs this year include:

    • Literacy Improvement: We track student progress in vocabulary and reading comprehension through pre- and post-program assessments. Participants show an average 28% improvement in literacy skills.
    • Social-Emotional Growth: We assess skills like self-awareness, emotional regulation, and peer relationships through surveys and educator feedback. On average, 36% of students report increased self-confidence and improved social interactions after completing the program.
    • Engagement and Participation: We measure retention through participation rates in both in-person and digital activities, retaining over 80% of students in ongoing programs. Over 20,000 students regularly engage with our interactive digital content.
    • Behavioral Outcomes: Educators report fewer behavioral issues and stronger peer relationships. Students show greater openness in expressing themselves and supporting others.
    • Community Impact: We will track the number of students involved in community projects, with 36% of participants taking leadership roles after completing the Young G.O.A.T. program.
